The weapons training class  consists of Filipino Kali and the Thai weapon art of Krabi-Krabong.  Our training will mostly emphasize the stick/sword as the weapons of choice but will also include the staff and other tools.  In addition to striking and slashing, you will learn takedowns and grappling with your weapons.

Every fighter is different and should not be forced to adapt to a single style.  Rather, the style itself should be malleable, bending at the will of the student to his or her needs.  In combination with cardio and strength training, this high intensity class teaches a hybrid of western boxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, and many other disciplines to create a fluid striking system that you can adapt to your liking.

Silat / SEAMA

Silat / SEAMA

SEAMA stands for South East Asian Martial Arts, an umbrella term that encompasses many arts from countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Cambodia.  In this class, you will learn sweeps, takedowns, and striking that perfectly compliments the techniques from the weapons class.  For this reason, the SEAMA class will train both empty handed as well as with weapons.

Regardless of which class you are interested in, it will be adjusted to your goals.  If you're looking for a workout, we'll ramp up the intensity.  If you want to learn self-defense, we'll focus on practicality.  For actors and stunts, let's make sure our form is crisp and work on falls and reactions.
